Lyde Court Wedding Photography

We absolutely love Lyde Court weddings and the fact that we are based 5 minutes away from this spectacular wedding venue in Herefordshire makes it even more exciting! It is a great place for anyone wanting a rustic styled wedding and somewhere that you can dress exactly as you want. The barn is set amongst acres of farmland and has lots of lovely photo spots including a secret garden with lots of colourful flowers and trees.

This was a day to remember – an absolutely monster atmosphere from start to finish, with the finest set of speeches we have heard. We had not met until the wedding, but again we found ourselves with a couple we immediately warmed to and who had us laughing from the start. We met Charlotte and her bridesmaids in the White Drawing Room (on-site bridal suite) where there was lots of champagne drinking going on and of course, a little wedding preparation. With all the wedding preparations over it was time for the big moment. The wedding ceremony was held in one of the Lyde Court’s barns, then afterwards a drinks reception was held in the courtyard, giving an ideal opportunity to take some family / group photo’s, and some stunning portraits of the happy couple together wandering through the beautiful gardens. Afterwards came the speeches which were very emotional, full of tears, jokes and beautiful stories. With the speeches and dinner over, the first dance took place in the main barn as the sun dipped behind the hill. Sam (DJ) from IllumiNight once again rocked the evening celebrations and everyone had a blast!

Everything a wedding is meant to be, two people who are clearly loved by many and who are just meant to be together. We could go on and on about how much we loved being at this wedding, but we will let the photos speak for themselves!
